Want to run Doom VFR? You’ll need specs like these!

Doom VFR is the VR version of iD Software’s critically acclaimed demon slaughtering simulator set in Mars. It was announced at the Bethesda Conference at E3 and since then, fans of the series have been excited, and at the same time, slightly worried if it would even be a game that can be enjoyed in VR.

And by enjoying, we mean not puking your guts out or turning your head so fast that you literally break your neck. And I mean literally in the ACTUAL sense of the word.

VR itself comes with a requirement of a very meaty PC so a game like Doom, in all its bloody, demon dismembering, glory (and its famed glory kills) having requirements like this comes as no surprise.

OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64-bit versions)
Processor: CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 or AMD FX 8350 or better
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 / AMD Radeon RX 480 or better
Storage: 17 GB available space

A meaty rig as mentioned but hardly unexpected! Now, please, let’s all go to hell!
